How to Buy

Buying from Machinery Auctioneers may be easier than you think. Anyone and everyone is invited to any sale we have. They are always free and open to the public. We normally hold 2-5 monthly public auctions around Texas and items are not limited to just machinery. Here’s a sample of what you might see at one of our auctions:

  • Construction Machinery
  • Oil Field Equipment and Trucks
  • Tractor Trucks & Trailers
  • Specialty Trucks, Trailers & Aggregate Trailers
  • Autos, SUVs, Pickups, Work Trucks
  • Lawn & Garden Equipment
  • Travel Trailers
  • Metal Fabrication Machinery
  • Municipal Liquidations and Bank Repos
  • Complete Company Liquidation

Registration is quick, easy and free. Stop by the location the day prior to the sale to preview items and pre-register or show up the morning of the auction. Our friendly office staff will assist you in filling out the necessary paperwork and make a copy of your valid ID such as a driver’s license. Once you’ve filled out all necessary paperwork and agreed to terms, you will be given a bidder number and an auction catalog with descriptions of each item up for sale that day. Any purchases you make that day will be charged to the bidder number you are assigned.

All auctions begin promptly at 10am unless advertised otherwise. Our auction format sells one item at a time right down the line. A designated lot attendant stands next to each item. Never hesitate to ask the auctioneer or other friendly Machinery Auctioneer staffers to slow down or repeat the action. We are geared to accommodate first time auction goers and it is our pleasure to serve you.

After the auction, please return to the auction office where you will be presented with an invoice for your items purchased. We accept several methods of payment including cash, credit card, personal/business checks, cashier’s check or wire transfer. If paying by check a letter of guaranty from your bank is required to assure the funds are available. Once paid, you will receive a paid receipt which is necessary for you to remove any items from the lot. You have up to four days after a sale to remove your items from the sale site. Special arrangements can be made for larger items.
