Registration is quick and free

View the catalog online, or stop by the location the day prior to the sale to preview items and pre-register or show up the morning of the auction.

You can quickly and easily register to bid online through our auction platform, or through one of our partners: Proxibid and EquipmentFacts. If bidding in-person, our friendly office staff will assist you in filling out the necessary paperwork and make a copy of your valid ID such as a driver’s license. Once you’ve filled out all necessary paperwork and agreed to terms, you will be given a bidder number and an auction catalog with descriptions of each item up for sale that day. Any purchases you make that day will be charged to the bidder number you are assigned.

How to bid online

All auctions begin promptly at 9am CST

Our auction format sells one item at a time right down the line by category. A live auction is an exciting experience and we are geared to accommodate first time auction goers as well as seasoned pros. It is our privilege to serve you.

After the Auction

When the auction is over, a member of our office staff will reach out to you regarding your invoice, titling, payment, and any other necessary information. If you are onsite, please return to the auction office where you will be presented with an invoice for your items purchased. We accept several methods of payment including cash, credit card, personal/business checks, cashier’s check or wire transfer. If paying by check a letter of guaranty from your bank is required to assure the funds are available. Once paid, you will receive a paid receipt which is necessary for you to remove any items from the lot. You have up to four days after a sale to remove your items from the sale site. Special arrangements can be made for larger items.
